 About capsa capsa is Latin and means: container / box / cabinet
capsa started with interest in the phenomenon case modding.
Visually modifying cabinets for electronic devices.
capsa.dk started in 2004 as a small forum for case modders. By small is ment that it never got a lot of users. Though it fast gained a top 3 position on google searching for "casemodding".
This resulted in many passing viewers that enjoyed the writings helpful users has published through capsa casemodding community.
One of the first modifications case modders do is adding light. Computers and often also case modders is something/someone that has to do with action to an extend. This were the thought behind capsas first product, that light shouldn't be static only.
This resulted in a company registration in October 2007. Also that capsa moved focus from capsa casemodding community, to product development. |
